JGProductions business plan has three major stages: Global Network Goals and Objectives, the operating budget, and endorsement of sponsors (programmers).

  • The Global Network Goals and Objectives establish priorities for JGP at a long-term, strategic level.

  • The operating budget and the associated confidential supplemental schedules reflect the expected funding levels for the statutory and contractual obligations over which JGP has limited discretion, such as support for Grants, the National Program Service Sponsors, the Independent Television Service Sponsors, the Community and Global Investors, Business Partners.

  • The Endorsement of Sponsors is anticipated allocation of discretionary resources for the upcoming fiscal year.

Mission

The Business Plan identifies JGP long-term priorities and how we plan to implement the Goals and Objectives in the coming year.  The strategic priorities provide a more specific and short term approach to JGP’s work in helping Faith Based Media meet its current challenges and opportunities.

JGP plans to be one of Christian TV's loudest advocates.  There is a need to increase the interest in using broadcast television as a tool for impacting today's culture. Back in the seventies and eighties in particular, men like Billy Graham, Oral Roberts, Rex Humbard, and others reached vast audiences through television.

In many ways those years were considered a "golden era" in Christian broadcasting, and gave birth to numerous global television networks.

JGP CEOs Dr. Glenda Scott and Vic Scott have a passion for God’s people and still believe television will continue to be an incredibly important medium for the Church.
